Green leafy vegetables

Now green leafy vegetables are very well known to provide various health benefits for our body. The substance of Lutein and Zeaxanthin that are found in green leafy vegetables such as spinach and cabbage are able to help prevent the risk of breast cancer.

Tomato

Tara Whyand, an oncologists and diet expert, explained that eating fruits that are rich in lycopene, like tomatoes may help reduce the risk of cancer.

Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins and antioxidants, such as vitamin C, E, and folate. Try to keep eating fruits and vegetables a minimum of 400gram per day.
